Welcome to Flowcast. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Flowcast ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information, specifically regarding our integration with Google APIs and your Google account.

2. Information We Access and Collect

When you connect your Google account to Flowcast, we request access to the following sensitive information:

  We require read and write access to your Google Contacts.

3. How We Use Your Google Data

Flowcast is a WhatsApp automation tool designed to help you manage your audience. We use the requested Google Contacts access strictly for the following purposes:

• Automated Syncing: When a new lead interacts with your Flowcast-connected WhatsApp number (e.g., replying with a trigger word like "SAVED"), our system automatically creates a new contact entry in your connected Google Contacts account using the lead's WhatsApp name and phone number.
• We do not read, modify, or delete any of your existing personal contacts that were not created by Flowcast.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

The security of your data is our top priority.

• Authentication Tokens: We securely store the OAuth authentication tokens provided by Google to maintain the connection between Flowcast and your Google account. These tokens are encrypted and stored in our secure database.
• Data Retention: We only process the name and phone number temporarily to push it to your Google Contacts. We do not maintain a separate, long-term external database of your Google Contacts.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We maintain a strict "No Sale" policy regarding your data.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to any third parties, data brokers, or advertising platforms.
• Your Google user data is never shared with other Flowcast users or external entities. It is used exclusively to facilitate the sync between your WhatsApp and your specific Google account.

6. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure

Flowcast's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not use Google user data to build user profiles for advertising purposes.
• We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

7. Your Rights and Revoking Access

You maintain full control over your Google account. You can disconnect Flowcast and revoke our access to your Google Contacts at any time by visiting your Google Account's Security Settings page and removing Flowcast from the list of third-party apps with account access.
